Bellsouth.com
Created and managed an eight-person web development organization, responsible for BellSouth.com top-level promotions, content updates and pilot projects.
  • Increased sell-through rates 25x through improved shopping flow and re-structured information architecture of BellSouth cellular store.
  • Shortened average content change cycle from over two weeks to seventy-two hours.
Developed wireless and broadband product concepts and intellectual property for the CIO’s Ideation Office with senior marketing executives and external vendors.
British Airways
Worked with BroadVision engineers and sales team to design a distributed BroadVision implementation that allowed complex sales rules and promotions to be designed by marketing teams in North America, while handling all booking and financial transactions on legacy systems located in London.

Managed a six-person Rapid Application Development team tasked with bring profitable interactive products to market in minimal time: · Generated annual revenues of over $2M through PointCast and PageNet products · Brought revenue generating Headline News publishing tools to market in 60 days · Performed technical due-diligence for corporate joint-ventures and investments · Created the first commercial internet video webcast with technology partners for the 1996
Footlocker
Initial requirements, estimation and architecture for port of Foot Locker, Lady Foot Locker and Champs websites to WebSphere Ecommerce from Cold Fusion.
Macy's
Worked on site design and shopping flow for Macy's first transactional website. Created requirements and architecture for stand-alone bridal registry that integrated into WebSphere Commerce catalog.
Manifesto Games
Worked on pre-launch positioning, strategy and technology platform (drupal with ecommerce enhancements and Amazon EC3 distribution) for a community rating and publishing site for independently developed games.
New York Stock Exchange
Initial requirements, estimation and architecture for NYSE site redesign. Work included design of real time streaming media production processes and content management system and real time stock data and interactive portfolio tools.
NHL
Initial requirements, estimation and architecture for a content management system that supported the nhl.com site as well as all individual teams. Work also included the development of the NHL shop ecommerce site including jersey customization and fulfillment integration.
PGA Tour
Long-term technology strategy for the PGA Tour website and technology enhancements to support new tournament broadcast content. Final projects included PGA Tour website redesign, content management system optimized for webcast traffic patters, SHOT tracker data collection and distribution system, and media support tournament extranet system.
State Street Bank
Initial requirements, estimation and architecture for a content management system that overlaid a consistent brand identity, common navigation and user experience across disparate business units and encouraging increased content update frequency.

Overall site audience strategy and long term technology plan. Managed development of website and content management extranet allowing partner organizations to propose and develop new content.
World Golf Hall of Fame / World Golf Village
Long-term technology strategy for the World Golf Hall of Fame. Final projects included World Golf Hall of Fame website, World Golf Village website, multiple educational kiosk applications and a FDDI content distribution network connecting kiosks to media servers and content management systems.
